Vuvuzela Funk
The compilaton Laduma! has been released on Faluma last week with many great tracks from the Caribbean, Africa and Europe to celebrate the Football World Cup in South Africa this year. It includes a track by myself called “Vuvuzela Funk”. The vuvuzela trumpet is very common at football games among South African fans. “Vuvuzela Funk” is a pro-statement for this instrument that is threatened to be banned at the world cup games in spite of being an integral part of the South African fan culture. So don’t wonder when you hear noises from this plastic device, layed on a minimal kwaito-ish beat. Available at Faluma or any other major download portal (iTunes, amazon, juno, fnac).
IMPORTANT: Due to an error many shops have a broken 2:44min version of the song instead of the full 4:05min. If you already bought the song, email Faluma: encoding at faluma.com with a receipt of your purchase and we send you the full version asap.
